On 29 October El Faro de Ceuta reported two separate positions. The president of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers said some hundreds of minors were still unregistered and not under guardianship. The Elín association and the Coordinadora de Barrios alleged raids at the CETI on 26 October and returns. Those are statements by those bodies. They are not set here against a police communiqué and there is no judicial ruling.
- El Faro, on the president of the bar council: “there are still some hundreds of minors unregistered and neither under guardianship nor taken into care, and this is serious.” “Some hundreds” is the wording of that statement. It is not merged with 3,560, 3,619, 3,626 or 3,636.
- El Faro, on the communiqué of Elín and the Coordinadora de Barrios, dated 29 October: they say that on Monday the 26th dozens of officers entered the CETI and that the operation was “extremely violent”. That is those organisations’ account.
- The same article reports that the Interior Ministry, according to the information in the communiqué, acknowledged a return and denied having disobeyed the National Court, and that the organisations say the opposite about pending appeals. Those are two positions. This archive does not resolve them.
- El Faro does not publish in that piece a police communiqué confirming or denying the character of the 26 October operation. The allegation is not presented here as a proven fact.
