Europa Press has attributed 13,823 returns to Saiz on 27 October

On 27 October, after the Council of Ministers, Europa Press wrote that 13,823 people have returned to Morocco. Of them, 13,215 returned voluntarily and 608 were expelled. The piece attributes this to Elma Saiz. It is not merged with the 8,676 or the more than 12,700.

• The figure is the one the outlet attributes to Saiz that day. This review found no La Moncloa note of the same Council with these numbers.
