El Faro wrote that a barometer puts the average rent at 968 euros and 35 applicants per home

On 2 November El Faro de Ceuta wrote rental figures for October and the third quarter. According to the outlet, Fotocasa puts the average at 14 euros per square metre, 3.5 percent down year on year, and the Centre at 17 euros, 11.6 percent up. Another barometer gives 968 euros a month, 12.3 percent more, and 35 applicants per home against 17 at the end of 2025. They are figures from private portals, not an official statistic. The outlet itself says the rise cannot be attributed only to the crisis. The primary Fotocasa and Observatorio reports are not linked.
