La Moncloa has spoken of more than 12,700 returns to Morocco by 20 October

The Territorial Policy note of 20 October says that from 10 August to 20 October more than 12,700 people have returned to Morocco. That is the figure in that note. It does not replace the 8,676 of 30 September or the 13,823 of 27 October.

• The note says that “from 10 August to 20 October, more than 12,700 people have returned to Morocco.”
• The same note rejects the City’s prior demand and says the large coastal settlements have been cleared. Those statements are in separate cards.
