In INE table 59591, «Resident population by date, sex, age group and nationality (Spanish/foreign)», the cell for Ceuta (code 51), all ages and total, for 1 July 2026, shows 84,435 people.

• The row consulted is «51 Ceuta», not a neighbouring province and not the national total.
• The date heading of that consultation is «1 July 2026» and the total value is 84,435.
• The breakdown by sex, age or nationality is not reproduced here. In the retrieved view of the consultation, no «provisional» label appeared next to that cell; if the operation states this in a methodological note, it lies outside this entry.
