On 27 October Europa Press headlined that Ceuta’s councillors stress Morocco’s passivity in the mass entry and 90 bodies recovered. The text says they also pointed to passivity by the central Government. That is what they told the judge, according to the outlet. It is not an official death toll and it is not added to 82, 83 or 88.
